Temple Beth El is a synagogue in Salinas, California, and a place for both spiritual life and community. Our members come from across Jewish thought and practice: Reform, Conservative, Orthodox, and unaffiliated Jews all pray, learn, and celebrate together, and that mix shapes who we are.
Everyone is welcome here, including interfaith couples and families, Jews by choice, and LGBTQ+ individuals and couples.
Many of our members live in Salinas and the Salinas Valley. Others come from nearby communities, including the Monterey Peninsula, Prunedale, Gilroy, and San Benito County.
